I called Shelonda to help me with Home Owners Insurance and Car Insurance -adding a child who was buying a car.
She gave me great options and the pros and cons of the quotes she gave me. Shelonda is very knowledgeable. Really helped me save money too.

One agent working in the office was always very rude and condescending. It seemed everytime I called the office they wouldn't pick up. If I left a message I was lucky to get a call back that day but usually it wouldn't be until a day later.
State farm's coverage has never disappointed me or my family but this office does not seem to prioritize customer service.

Customer service is so pertinent in any service industry and when it's not received I believe the consumer is obligated to share that information. Over the course of my client customer relationship with the Shelonda Peyton agency, it's been hit or miss. I asked for a refund and received all but $1 returned. I asked Miss Peyton's office directly via voice mail and via email through the State Farm customer service department to clarify what the shortage why the shortage, no response from either. I guess the agents mimic how Corporate Office treats its customers. Now the reason for
