Buyer beware!! Very incompetent and unprofessional. I was very concerned with product authenticity. Owner and staff do not return calls and are usually confused and frantic. The owner Stephanie is very unorganized and always appears rattled and never follows through on ANYTHING. She even was a no show for an appointment and I don’t live close by. She also promised to have a product we wanted in place of services we bought, but could not use because of broken equipment...and when we arrived to pick it up (after calling to confirm) she didn’t have it! I have been a patient here for about a year now. The NEW Mesa location is amazing! Well worth the move! So updated and beautiful. I have lost the weight I have set out to lose. I feel so much more energized, stamina is improved and I have my body back! I lost 73 pounds in about 5 months. I went from size 18/20 to 8/10. I give Medshape the credit. Spoke with Stephanie & placed an order for product and paid for it on 12/19/2019. Finally got in contact with Stephanie on 1/3/2020 she stated that my product was just shipped out that day & she would email me the tracking number. Never received the tracking number or my paid for product. I have tried many times to rectify this situation but cannot get any response from anyone at Medshape.

Being a guy I was skeptical of doing a weight loss program. Two o f mag co workers did the Medshape program and lost a bunch of weight really fast, so I thought I would try it out. I lost 38 pounds in 5 weeks. Great staff, great customer service and I an thrilled with my results. Also very reasonable priced. You can tell they really care about you.

Please and with all sincerity do not give this place any of your money.
this diet is almost impossible to stay on, and what you lose the first few weeks is water weight. the diet is literally eat lean protein, some berries maybe, and only certain vegetables. any diet that restricts vegetables is not one you should be on!! youll gain back the lost water weight as soon as you have a meal with carbs in it.
the supplements and shots arent why you lose weight, eating a crazy restricted diet is. if you want the results some people on this diet get eat nothing but lean meats and non startchy veggies

I originally went to Medshape because of a groupon. I needed a little extra help in losing weight for an upcoming event. Due to some mix ups my original appointment didn't get scheduled but after some phone calls it got resolved.
