I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were friendly and down to earth. Debbie, the owner was friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. My IPL was great. She's very informative and knowledgeable. My spa closed and I had to find a new one. Recreate Spa did not disappoint. Oh, and the prices a fair and reasonable. That is so hard to find in Scottsdale.

I have been getting laser hair removal services here for 6 years now on and off as needed and have followed the owner through multiple different locations because I think she does great work and is honest. However, customer service is poor as of late. It is hard to call and not get the answering machine and when you leave a voicemail it is hard to get a call back in a timely manner. Unfortunately, The last straw for me is when I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist (after a week of phone tag) and when showing up to my appointment time the facility was closed and locked ! Everyone at Recreate Spa is friendly and knowledgeable. From the second I walked in I was greeted by the entire staff and felt right at home. I went in for my first time with Kellie, and had dermaplaning done. She was friendly, professional, and I will definitely be back to see her. This is a place I would recommend to all my coworkers, friends, and family. I cannot wait to come back for more - Kellie left me feeling beautiful and refreshed!

I was referred here after a visit to the dermatologist. The skin on my chest is sun damaged so I needed laser treatment.
Salon is clean, and I didn't have a long wait. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. The office is paperless so any initial forms were completed on an iPad.
The treatment: I've never had laser and Debbie was very thorough in explaining not only the science behind the laser, but also what to expect in terms of discomfort and post-laser results She made me feel confident in what she was doing.
The results: after 1 treatment my skin is 75% better than it

TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Takes forever to get a call back from them and when you eventually do, the staff is rude and condescending. Debbie the owner should reconsider her selection in receptionist staff if she wants to keep her business going! I wouldn't trust these people with my skin if my life depended on it!!!!

I visited quite a few times and just cannot give a positive review. Sarah, she was just useless and unprofessional!!!!! Another visit, Jessica, another rude individual. On top of that, doesn't Tina work here? So how is her mind blowing review still up in the yelp website. When I came in, the discounted promotion I was given didn't even work and Sarah argues with me about it.

This just might be the Spa for you "IF" you enjoy being treated as a nobody by staff who also might be very dismissive, rude and arrogant. Would you like to see prices for services increase each visit? Would you like to pay for treatments that don't work? HEY guess what? This office could be up your alley.

So far I have been here twice, and after my first visit I quickly decided that I would be purchasing another package of laser hair removal treatments. Not only is this place clean and the staff friendly, but the results are great. I noticeably saw a reduction in my hair growth after my first treatment, a feat I didn’t think was possible as I have very coarse hair that grows quickly. My laser technician is Sara and she’s not only friendly but also knows what she is doing. She makes you feel beyond comfortable and is quick (but effective) with her work. I would recommend this place to anyone

I love coming here! Debbie is fantastic and always makes me feel at ease. I tell anyone and everyone that is looking for a place for hair removal to go see Debbie. I was nervous because I've never had it done before, but she couldn't have been kinder. I look forward to doing some of the other services they have available.

"If" you like rude and arrogant staff and paying for procedures that don't work or need to be re-done, then this is the place for you!!
Oh, and BTW, "if" you would further like to be dismissed as a client by the spa because you do not like being treated this way, you must go and experience this amazing treatment for yourself - it's so unique and makes you feel very special.
I will chose 1 of the 40 other awesome Med Spas that are w/n 10 miles of me :-)

I had ILipo. I will start with the "procedure" I had six sessions and lost 2" inches. So not a fan of the fake lipo.
The ambiance is welcoming and the staff members are super fantastic and non-judgemental. Tina was my main stomach pusher..lol..she is super cute and sweet. She is aggressive with East coast attitude. I felt like I was important every session.
I would definitely go back to this spa for other treatments and maybe inner thighs. But I would not waist time on the "fake" lipo and just man up and get the real one. But during the process they encourage you

I have gotten facials and laser hair removal here from Debbie and love both of those services! My skin feels great when she's done! I have also had eyelash extensions put on by Debbie and they look beautiful! If you are looking for a med spa I recommend this one! And if you are considering laser hair removal, it's awesome! I've been going there for about a year now for various treatments, and they are always fun, courteous and professional. I always look forward to going because they make every client feel special.
