Completely incompetent! They will never advise you as a client of changes that cause your policy price to increase. You have to go shopping on your own to find better pricing for your coverage, then cancel. A good agent reviews their clients folder yearly and advises them of better pricing or coverage with another carrier. Who needs them as an agent?
