We are a local, family-run, premier auto repair service established in 1992 located in Howe, TX with a second shop at downtown Sherman, TX. We serve Grayson County and surrounding areas. I used Star Auto Body in Howe,Tx after someone had side swiped me and caused a lot of damage to my car, I talked with Bobby and he kept me updated every step of the way when it came to repairs. Insurance told me it would take 2 weeks and they did it in 1. Their service is great and they are very professional and friendly. I love the results of the repair , my car looks good as new and I don’t think I’d be happier taking it elsewhere. If I ever need more repairs I’ll definitely come back to Star Auto Body!

I had Bobby at Star Auto Body in Howe, Texas, do the repair work on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee after my car had been damaged in a parking lot. If only all businesses that I deal with could be as efficient, competent, and helpful as Star Auto Body. Bobby handled the interface with the insurance company, had my vehicle ready with all issues resulting from the accident repaired, and did all this within a very reasonable time frame. Bobby is ALWAYS so helpful! I am an insurance agent and I refer ALL my clients to him, as well as use him personally. I truly recommend this Ma and Pop(shop) in Howe atmosphere to everyone. The owner Mr. Bobby and his staff are truly the best around. Very kind, respectful, honest and professional. My daughter and her husband just moved here from California from the navy. We went in Mr. Bobby ordered her the part and got us in and out very quickly. I took my truck in this morning to get some things added and they even got me up and running before they even opened, Now that’s customer service. Mr. Bobby made fresh coffee. I really appreciate you guys so much.

My experience at Star was one of my worst nightmares come to life.
I had a different body shop repaint my door for some rock chips, and while they did a good job, the color wasn't as good a match as it should have been. I asked Bobby and his crew (who my family have used for decades) if they could do a better job, to which they replied they could. I wanted them also to repaint my fender, which had some damage. No problem, they said. We agreed that while the match wouldn't be perfect, it would be close, and they would NOT blend into my rear door.
Well, when I got my truck back, I was horrified
