DO NOT GO HERE. I normally fix my cars, but had been backed into while my car was parked and figured I would let the person’s insurance company pay and have someone else do the work. Mistake. They do not fix cars the right way. They cut corners and do it as cheaply as possible to put lipstick on the pig. In my circumstance, that meant bending the door and buffing dents and repainting it rather than replacing the door. A replacement door can be bought off eBay for under $1,000. I highly recommend Save Deductible Body Shop in Prosper. The process was so easy. They worked everything out with insurance company quickly and our car is like new again. Haylee treated us like family. We were getting repairs on our teenage daughter's car after a wreck, and her primary goal was to make sure our daughter had a safe and sturdy vehicle when all repairs were done. Not to mention the lifetime warranty on their work.

An edit of my review is necessary. I was understanding the first time that it took longer than scheduled to complete my work. For my second vehicle and paint repair for the hood, Issa promised me it would be done on Thursday if I brought it in that Monday. I went by to check on it on Friday and it had not even been moved to the shop. It is now 9 days later and they have not started the work.
I texted Haylee and asked them to quit over-promising when projects would be completed. They do good work but never meet their promised deadlines for my two vehicles. I had a project and needed this truck

Not only that but they deducted $200 off of my claim deductible! And my car was repaired beautifully. On time, too! This place is great! Thank you for doing a fantastic job!

Very professional and reliable. They have worked hard to get my car in perfect shape and I loved the outcome of it. Although I didn't have insurance and had to pay out of pocket, they did their best to help me within my budget. They also provide loaner cars which are very very helpful while they work on your vehicle. Issa and his save deductible team did an outstanding job. Will definitely recommend.
