Stacy Michaels Stacy's Fitness Personal Trainer and Nutrition in Vista California and Online. Hello everyone my name is Bridget and I did the "28 Day Weight Loss Meal Plan" with Stacy's Fitness. It was fabulous! I had always been able to keep my weight under control until I hit my 50's or better known as menopause, yuck, nothing worked.

I would workout 6 days a week for over an hour each day and still nothing happened, in fact, I would wake up bloated. Stacy Michaels informed me that I probably had some food allergies, and having a thyroid issue didn't help. She asked me questions and then developed a meal plan that was to meet my particular needs, it was fantastic!

You stay focused, motivated and energized. Stacy is with you every step of the way, teaching and training you, demonstrating exercises, inspiring you, answering your questions, monitoring your progress and adjusting your workouts as your needs change and your abilities grow.
She has enjoyed much success performing with regional theatre companies throughout Southern California and professional dance troupes like the San Diego Firestarters. To keep in shape for dancing, Stacy joined her local gym where she soon found her other passion in life: health and fitness.

After receiving her first certification Stacy trained in local gyms in northern San Diego learning from some of the top professional trainers in the areas of strength training, senior fitness, body building, weight loss, etc.She then traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah where she worked with a specialized personal training company, Tim'z Fitness.
Our experienced certified personal trainers have the knowledge and expertise to design a program for any individual goal. Strength training is a key component in most any fitness program. It raises metabolism, increases bone density and contributes to joint stability, thus reducing risk of injury. It offers a firmer, more attractive body as well.
Find out your goals, lifestyle, access to workout equipment, current physical condition and current activity/physical programs. Each workout will be different than the last to constantly shock your body for quicker more effective results. If you are unsure of an exercise I will send you a link to a private short video to help give you more detail.
Every "BODY" is different which makes a nutritional profile as unique as a thumbprint. There is no magical "cookie cutter" meal plans that work for everyone. The Body you have today is made up by the HABITS you have become accustomed. In order to lose weight and maintain it for life, you MUST CHANGE YOUR HABITS!

I've been training with Stacy for the past 2 years and it has changed my life. She has a vast knowledge in her profession and has educated me in both fitness and nutrition. Stacy is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every training session challenging. I have become stronger both physically and mentally; training with her has given me confidence I never knew I had. I love her no excuses approach and that she always pushes me to do better. I highly recommend her training and nutrition programs to everyone!

I have been attending this location since 2013 and joined first as a single person with 30 minute sessions. Then later had the session where it was 2 people during the 1 hour session; and later returned to individual 30 minute sessions. When I first attended I basically had no tone since I was at a desk job allllll day; in addition I had a nearly one hour commute each way from home to work and vice versa. And about 2 years later, I had some shoulder problems and went through physical therapy; after I received the "ok" from my physical therapist that I could start Personal Training,

I have been going to Stacy for 3 months and I'm so happy with her program! I have become so much stronger and feel so good and I have to say, my thighs don't rub together when I walk!! Do yourself a favor and give it a try

Stacy is by far the most as amazing trainers I have ever worked with because of her no nonsense, excuse-killing, get 'er done + means business approach. Her formal education in dance helped her develop an effectual fitness plan tailored to how my body's (un-worked) muscles were responding ensuring I always got the best workout I COULD DO FOR MYSELF!

I came to Stacy's Fitness through the recommendation of several colleagues and friends who not only were looking and feeling good but even better & happier attitudes & outlooks to match the results they got from her guidance

Stacy helped me get in shape with personal, one-on-one training. As a man, I was skeptical Stacy would be able to push me to perform. Wow - was I wrong. Stacy helped me get in shape - shape that I had not seen since leaving the Marines. If I had not moved out of the area...I'd still be going to her!

Stacy's Fitness is an excellent place to be if you wish for good physical health and a long life. Stacy meets individually with each of her clients to assess their personal needs. The one-to-one sessions are specific with the coaching necessary to motivate and challenge. Both male and female clients have experienced positive results.
