Our home inspection prices are based on factors such as the amount of Bathrooms, Full Kitchens, Heating & Cooling Systems, Square Footage for Large Homes, Detached Garages, Large Outbuildings (etc.). The price quoted is for the information about the property provided to us by you. If the information is incorrect the price will be adjusted onsite to reflect the accurate amount.

John browning with premier inspections did my home inspection and I am very glad to have had such a thorough inspection done so that I know everything there is to know about the house. He was very professional and gave me tons of information through the inspection and at the end. I now know there is 40-50k on that house that needs to be repaired that was not included on the sellers disclosure!!! I will be going with premier again in the future to ensure I am getting a safe home in a good condition!

They were very professional and extremely thorough. We were very impressed with the detailed report we received, and appreciated the time they took to look over everything not missing an inch of the property. We felt it was more than our money's worth, and we were appreciative of the value he took in making sure we knew as much about the home and it's issues prior to buying. We would definitely use them again in the future!
