Welcome to the website of The Institute of Mindful Therapy Inc. Our mission is to support and improve the overall health and well-being of our clients through a holistic lens. To us this means integrating a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and healing techniques to support the body, mind and spirit of our clients.

We specialize and thrive on treating the entire spectrum of mental health and wellness issues and support our clients along their journey towards reaching their therapeutic and life goals. Therapeutic bodywork through services such as Yoga Therapy, Massage, Acupuncture and Mindfulness.
Services
Sorrenta founded the Institute of Mindful Therapy, Inc in order to provide our community with integrative, compassionate mental health care. Her style is unique; she is not a blank slate and will sit with you in times of pain and rejoice with you in times of success. She is passionate about guiding you through life's tough times.
Galina Litvin is the Co-Founder and COO (Clinical Operating Officer) for Institute of Mindful Therapy. Galina is passionate about providing mental health support to everyone in the community and wants to help people along their journey in life. Galina brings with her years of experience of working in the technical field and managing teams and projects for large-scale corporations.
Jennifer goes by the name Jen pronounces her last name "Vill- Yena" and uses she/ her pronouns. Jen describes herself as a mother, partner, artist, mover, forever student, yogi, grief, depression and anxiety survivor. She values connection, respect, inner reflection, playfulness, collaboration, and creating a life of honesty and purpose.
Poppy received her B.A. in Psychology from UC Davis and M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. She is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Poppy has worked in mental and behavioral health for the last fifteen years and is passionate about utilizing a holistic approach to wellness that is firmly rooted in empirically supported treatments and practices.
Anita received her Master of Arts in Integral Counseling Psychology from The California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco, California and is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with adults, young adults, and adolescents who are struggling with many of life's challenges, such as depression, anxiety, relationships, grief/loss, cancer, emotional eating, self-esteem, trauma, and more.
