Truth be told, I waffled in the spring about selling our house in Sacramento and backed off from selling it. Tina was as polite and gracious as could be when I ultimately decided NOT to sell at that time and she encouraged me to get in touch if ever I changed my mind. We have been conflicted for some time about leaving our perch on McKinley Park and great neighbors. In early June we visited an open house in Sierra Oaks and realized being close to our daughter's school and having a pool would be ideal for the next stage of our lives.

I hired Mr. Collom in June of 2014 to sell a house in East Sacramento. Mr. Collom advertises a lot in East Sacramento and I signed up with him for 90 days..During the day of signing the contract Mr. Collom forgot to give me a copy of the contract. During the next 5 weeks which included a trip to his Dunnigan office, he told me he would email it to me by his smart phone. During the 5 week period I never received a copy of the contract from him, and one of his assistants showed the house for about 1 hour during the 5 week period. I eventually had to go into his office to get a copy of the contract
