This hotel was disgusting. We checked in and got to the room and I wouldn’t even let my kids go on the floor (babies and toddler). There were stains, hair and used tp on the floor. A dirty sock on the counter, the table was covered in dust and old food. Bedspreads were full of cigarette burns and dirty.

Clean, comfortable room with no extras which made the price a little high in my opinion.

The housekeeper walked into our room multiple times without knocking and made comments about us dirtying the room (it wasn’t clean to begin with) and then walking out. We had to lock our door to put a stop to it. Woke up with bedbug bites on us as well. Please don’t stay here if you value your property.

They only have 1or2 rooms with King beds, most have 2 fulls. Not great for a husband and wife without children with us. I checked in on Fri,Aug 27. I ask for towels after bathing Saturday and was told NO, THEY ONLY CLEAN ON Mon,Wed,Fri and they will not let you trade your dirty towels till one of their cleaning Today is Sun,Aug 29

Staff was incredibly rude, room was filthy, ac didn't work. We inspected the mattresses immediately upon arrival and found evidence of bedbugs within. We had to wait hours for the room temperature to come down to a bearable degree. We had a friend come visit before we left for the morning. Once we all headed out, a house keep saw all of us and insisted we all stayed the night, and thus charged us extra for them. To top it all of, while we were checking out, the housekeeper harassed us for using the towels they provided! NOT TO MENTION, they called my friend to harass her about leaving a negative

Walked into the room, air conditioner was off. We had to wait three hours for the room to cool off. The TV re.ote didn't work either, and when I used the in-unit phone to call down about it, they hung up on me mid-sentence. And to top it all off, I got charged an extra $30 for my stay for having more than 2 in the room (I informed them at check in that I had 4 and wrote it down on the paperwork, but I guess that doesn't matter.)
Ended up paying $100 for the trashiest motel I've ever stayed in. If I had known it was going to be that much, I would have stayed somewhere better.

It is by far the cleanest motel and hotel that I have been to that is clean and doesn't have any kind of odor or smell like most of the other places I have stayed at.
