Driven Auto is top notch! I have been shopping around for months for a 4-series BMW, and found one at Driven Auto in Burbank, IL. Although I had reservations about the vehicle due to a luggage rack conversion, I was amazed with the level of customer service that I received! This vehicle feels, looks, and smells like a brand new BMW!
Moneer was very accommodating, and he was very patient with the me and the amount of questions that I threw at him. Bill assisted with additional preparation requests, by removing the luggage rack that I had concerns about. It completely gave a new dynamic to the vehicle

Came to buy a specific car. If I hadn't been looking for that specific car, I would not have dealt with them. They failed to inform me of some issues with the car such as the exhaust pressure valve being stuck, and cooling fan not functioning. I took it to a proper dealer to have it inspected, and apparently they installed the pressure valve upside down. Also the front tire had a slow leak and was flat the day after I bought the car. There's no way they didn't know about that.
I would have any vehicle bought from these guys thoroughly inspected before purchase.

I came to this great dealership last month, with my sister. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and shown the upmost respect and sense of welcome from the staff. Chris was especially helpful and very knowledgeable, in terms of his field and how to best help finance customers! Chris was so great and easy to work with him. Bill the Manager and Owners dont know how to conduct business on used Luxury vehicles.
I do not recommend looking at used luxury performance cars. They wont qualify you, so they wont even let you drive. their "precious" used performance m5. They are afraid to put 10 miles on car that is used and treat it as if it were brand new...
That m5 was worn to S@#it on the inside mind you..
Called ahead of time saying im interested in a Used High Mileage M5* Because I am in the market for one. I drive 45 min through evening chicago traffic. Salesman calls me to confirm while im on my way.

If I was to recommend a used car dealership, this would be the "One". A no pressure, pleasant experience!! The salesman, Ibrahim, is outstanding to work with. While my son worked on a deal for purchasing a car. He handed me keys to any car I wanted to look at, knowing I wasn't buying at this time. If you're in the market for a high-end clean car, this is where you want to go. The prices are very fair, along with good quality vehicles.

When in the market for a car go see Bill and team! After having gone to 4 dealerships with 'bait and switch' prices, 'different car' than what they promised etc., a family member referred my husband and I to Bill. When I say top notch customer service they get it!
Everything was done via phone and email due to schedules and Bill was an absolute professional. This is the way to do business and they even delivered the car to our home! I can't say enough and really appreciate Bill and team. He has made me a believer again in honest, trustworthy car salespeople!

Ibrahim and the staff were great to deal with, respectful, honest, fair, and fast. I normally purchase high-line vehicles from the mainline dealer, but Driven provides an experience that is better than most with vehicles that are very clean. Thanks for the great Audi for my wife and kids. I will definitely let Driven earn my future business if I'm looking for a particular vehicle.

I wanted to highly recommend Driven Auto Sales in Burbank, IL. We visited "Abe" last night who showed us one of his pristine BMW'S. I have never dealt with a more pleasant, accomodating sales person.
