The whole process was awesome. Our salesman Tony walked us through everything from finding the right vehicle, trading in our old one and coming up with a affordable payment plan. General manager and Financial manager were wonderful too.
When picking up the car, went through each feature available.
Just an overall great experience.

I visited the dealer two weeks ago to purchase a vehicle, after talking with Jess (very professional and helpful) and Ruddy for about a week. On getting to the dealer I was received by Tony and he was super helpful, his customer service was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about Ruddy, he was extremely helpful and got me the car I truly wanted a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Thank you Ruddy and Tony!

Called ahead and scheduled an oil change appointment for 9am. Arrived at 8:55 and was done by 10. Exceptional service and excellent wait area. Updated bathroom with ample access to water and coffee. Is it bad that I wanted to finish watching the tv program because it was done so quickly? Shout out to Keith Richardson and his team.

I had received what I assumed to be an automated text message from one of the managers, Ivonne, at this (An hour before the appointment time). I had a family emergency come up and responded "No". The manager then proceeded to ask me "why?". Which I have never been asked in a setting where you are looking for MY business. This was a pleasant buying experience. I didn't intend to buy a car today. But I encountered the most pleasant sales person Laquell Taylor. Three 5/5 star reviews were posted with in a day of my review. Folks beware. Those are false reviews by fake profiles (each has just the one review and no profile picture). Trust reviews by elite members or profiles that have more reviews to get honest reviews.
My advice to all: avoid future head aches, get a quote from here and use it to get another dealership to beat that price. We made it happen easily.

I have met the worst dealership sales person ever! His name is Ignacio and why is he the worst is because he just plain out LIED. Ignacio said you can not negotiate with the car's sales price on a lease term. If that's so why can I do that with my other cars?
Fact: Save your time and ditch this dealership since they have a guy like Ignacio. If he's been there for so long, there's something wrong with this dealership.

Bought a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid AWD for $22K for a friend. After doing research, the invoice price on that model was about $25k-$25k. I thought it was too good, so I looked up the dealership online. A lot of the reviews claimed a bait and switch. Being paranoid, I requested the VIN number on the model I was being quoted, and I told them I wanted to test drive it when I got there.
Car was exactly what I expected. VIN matched, and haven't run into any issues yet and seeing as how it's covered with Toyota's bumper to bumper warranty, I think it'll be good.
