Do not bring anything here to be repaired. This is truly not a legitimate business. I have been literally waiting and for a month for a simple part to be fixed on my minn kota motor. I have called probably 20 times in the last 2 weeks alone and everytime it goes right to voice mail. I have left texts messages and voicemails and have not heard a thing. I am truly at a loss for words. I hope I get my motor back at this point.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but mark is not a professional and u should not use him. After 8 days of excuses and not answering the phone I had to go get my jet ski back that he did nothing to. If you can't do a simple tune up then just say it but to be so unprofessional and not answer the phone.... smh sorry to anyone who doesn't look at the reviews and has to go threw this.

We came to Maine for vaca and on the second day, the engine blew up on our boat. I called Mark and immediately called back. He totally took care of the replacement, helped us tow out of the water.. everything. I cant recommend him enough. We live in NJ but will now come back to Maine to have him oversee tune ups and such (we have a place here). He's GREAT!!! Totally knows what he's doing. Honest and very fair.

I was in a pinch to get my boat winterized. After the first time they didn't show up to do the work I should have called someone else. Multiple phone calls and having my boat scheduled out multiple times over the course of a month he couldn't get the job done. Excuse after excuse after excuse, I ended up taking the boat into a place to have the work done. If you can get them to show up maybe they do good work? Otherwise if your under a time crunch I wouldn't recommend them. Call someone else.

I had a problem with my boat regarding possible snow damage. So I called this shop and spoke with a very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable man named Mark. He explained to me the possibilities of what the outcome of my boat was and the best way to take care of it. I would recommend Mobile Marine Service to anyone who needs their boat repaired.
