In 1994, I started my State Farm career working as a claim rep within the fire company on Long Island handling home, condo, renters and business claims in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island. Three years later, I was promoted into management where I supervised 8 claim reps in 2 offices in New Jersey.

I have been with Quentin Franklin State Farm for over 2 years now and I have never ceased to be anything but completely satisfied, not only at the level of courtesy and responsiveness his office provides, but also with the savings and attention to detail they give. I honestly feel that they spend quality time to get to know their customer's needs and work hard to find the best deals possible for them.
