We are taking extra precautions, following all CDC guidelines as well as screening patients before entry. All staff wear masks while working with patients. Waited over a month to get an appointment because my doctor referred me to them. When they called and set it up didn’t say anything about masks etc(every other office tells you and sends a text reminder). I showed up totally ready to hopefully start getting better as I’m in a lot of pain. I can’t wear a mask due to lung issues and they refused to treat me. Girl didn’t even care that I’d been waiting for a month to be seen and that I had a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. I am completely healthy other than my disk in the neck. Now I have to wait again to get a new
