I was taking my friend’s car for her emissions test. Before I got on the expressway I noticed her tire was very low! I walked in to the shop and the woman arunning the service desk was awesome! She kept me informed step-by-step step. Turns out the sensor in the valve was faulty. It was fixed and I was on my way without much stress ( I was worried because I had to make decisions for someone else’s car) and the cost was reasonable! They couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient! Thank you Hong Kong Auto Service !

Ben and his wife run a great auto repair shop.
Hong Kong Auto does expert repairs for reasonable prices on a wide range of cars.
They provide amazing service, always going out of their way to start working on my car on short notice.
They are effective at diagnosing auto problems and they fix things right.

Very thorough and friendly service! I've used Hong Kong Auto for both routine maintenence and big repairs for over 5 years now. Every oil change they do a full inspection of my car, and make suggestions about repairs that will likely be coming up in the next few months. Unless there's a safety issue, they never force unnecessary projects just to increase the bill total. That way I can plan for bigger repairs (transmission change etc.) with a reliable estimate on both how long it will take and how much it will cost.

I have been loyal to bringing my RAV4 in to this location for over 2 years now. They have taken care of my oil changes, flat tires, brakes and wiper blades.
