Scott, the technician who serviced my account was amazing. He was professional and kind. He encountered several problems while attempting to repair my camera, yet he stayed with it until he got the camera working. I'm not sure that any one else would have been as diligent as Scott was. In all he is the type of employee that any company should be proud of. Let me start by saying there sales pitch and salesperson on on point and very good at selling you there products i was suckerwd into there false promises and now just feel like i am bieng ripped off!!!! for starters there security system that is top notch never recieves its commands because it doesnt get good signal spoke to tech support they agreed something was wrong and would send out a tech never heard anything from safe and aound called 5 days after the install complaining about the crappy instalation job and how my touch pannel was not hung straight and i could walk places in my house without

I can't believe to tell you how fast and friendly the representative was with us. She was professional and patient with all the details. The tech guy came immediately and completed putting the monitor up immediately. I highly recommend Safe and Sound.. Easy to obtain and use. My boys can even use the system with any problems. My alarm went off today while I was at work and I received an immediate phone call from the monitoring center and police were dispatched. Nothing stolen and everything worked as promised.(thank God)
I have had the system now for a few months. So far so good. First contact was with Jessica, She was very professional and even after earning my business she still makes herself available to answer questions.
I do not regret my purchase.

We used Safe And Sound for our alarm install and most recently an upgrade to our sensors. The company seems family run, they are all kind when you call. Our service techs have always been on time and courteous. Everyone that I have interacted with has been helpful and I haven't had any issues with my system.
I would recommend them over going with ADT or another large company. The whole alarm buying business is tricky. I recently purchased glass break sensors from them. I first called Monitronics (who monitors my system) and they wanted $190 per sensor. Called Safe And Sound and they were

These 2 guys in light blue shirts showed up at my door tonight at dinner time and tried to get me to commit to making an appointment with the "technician" for the next day, along with my husband here, to hear their pitch and buy their "security system with a special promotion".

I agreed to set up an appointment for a sales rep to come out talk to us about what Safe and sound has to offer and since i have been researching few alarm companies, i knew what i wanted. The very next day Younis Drayef stop by exactly at the time of the appointment, he was very professional, not pushy at all, he took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. We looked up Safe and Sound and they have A+ rating with BBB, great reviews with Yelp. We felt very comfortable with Younis, the experience with him was far from being a sales pitch.
