Some other tooth replacement options will eventually lead to a deterioration of the jawbone, but dental implants will keep it strong. If your jawbone is already deteriorated, you wouldn't normally be able to receive implants. But through bone grafting and our modern technology, Dr. Senft might be able to make it a reality.

If you're looking for a more stable and convenient alternative to traditional dentures, we have an option for you! Our office offers implant supported dentures, which are more durable and prevent inconvenient slips. Implant supported dentures are a hybrid option that can be stabilized with dental implants, eliminating the common annoyances of traditional dentures, such as sore gums, bone loss, and slipping.

I want to give a big thanks to Dr. Senft!! I had to get a mayor procedure, he did an excellent job in my mouth he gave me back my smile, he really changed my life.. I’m very happy and grateful to him...I love everyone in his office, his wife is friendly and sweet!! Dr. Senft is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life, he is skilled, funny and so kind, he really cares about his patients... I highly recommend this place to anyone who seeks dental work!!

Having been a single mom of 3 daughters for the better part of 18 years and living pay check to check to support my kids, insurance was not a luxury I could afford. My first concern was my kids. However, soft teeth has been a dreadful inconvenience in my family, including with me. Making an appointment with Dr. Senft at SFSD was a roll of the dice but I had to do something. I was beginning a new career but had no confidence in myself and knew facing clients would be an embarrassing and difficult requirement.

Today was my first time going to South Florida Sedation Dentistry, I had to have a tooth taken out. I couldn't ask for a better experience, the entire staff and all the doctors went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Senft even went out of his way to text me hours after the procedure just to make sure I was feeling good or if I had any questions for him. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for dental work.

Dr Sentf and staff are absolutely amazing, I am scared of the dentist, but my visit to South Florida Sedation has completely changed my perception of dental visits, the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel comfortable and relaxed, reception at its finest.
Each and every member of staff was courteous and helpful.
Dr Senft is a class act, he is a cut above the everyday dentist. he went above and beyond explaining each and every option that I had in detail. [they simply don't make them like that anymore[.

Over the past few years, I’ve gotten more and more anxious about going to the dentist. I’ve had dentists who weren’t gentle or caring, and didn’t do a filling correctly, and this all contributed to my anxiety. I found out about sedation dentistry and decided to give South Florida Sedation Dentistry a try, based on the great reviews posted online. I knew that I needed work done on my smile. Dr. Senft is my father’s dentist so I scheduled an appointment for an assessment and consultation. That started me on the journey to fix my smile and teeth. The office adopted me as family and I did the same with the whole team. Today that early assessment was realized as my implants were placed and the smile of my dreams is now mine. If you are hesitant or not sure which way to go Dr. Senft is a professional and master craftsman. In this way the end justifies the work. Don’t wait as that just puts the final results more into the future.

As a mental health professional with a dental professional PHOBIA these guys were a godsend. I’m embarrassed to say I hadn’t had any dental work done in 6 years even though I was taking care of my teeth the best I could on my own. But these guys were AMAZING from booking the appointment to getting a cleaning.
I made sure they noted I wanted the sedation gas (nitrous). You can also opt for the sedation IV if you want. They were all so sweet, kind and mindful of my anxiety the entire time. Michelle my dental hygienist was absolutely awesome with a real gentle hand! Dr. Senft also came and checked

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I came to SFSD to have my wisdom teeth removed and had the most amazing dental experience here. As soon as you walk into the office you are welcome and comforted by the staff.

Dr. Senft is awesome. Sharp, good at his job and fun to chat with. Front desk staff is so kind and will do anything to help. The 2 hygienists I've seen are great, thorough and super kind. This is the first dentist office I've actually enjoyed visiting in my life and that makes all the difference in the world.

Usually I'm always nervous whenever I have an appointment; I've had my fair share of bad experiences! I went to Sedation for a general cleaning for the first time and found out I had one cavity. I had to return the following week for a fill in. I was totally impressed by the way the doctor performed the fill in. I never felt any discomfort whatsoever. He was gentle when inserting needle in my mouth I never even felt a pinch. I was also pleased to deal with such pleasant people with superb customer service. I highly recommend to anyone who has fear
