Terrible customer service. I was assigned this company on a Wednesday for them to come on a Friday to cover my Lowes warranty. Friday at 2:00 when they had not showed up, I called and they said they could not come until Monday. I called Lowes back and they put me on hold to contact the company and confirmed that they could come on Monday. Monday when they still had not shown up, I called and they said they would be able to come maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. This was after they had confirmed with Lowes for Monday. Update: only response so far 1 week and 1 day of waiting has been the response about miscommunication.. still no call I've called left message the warranty folks called after me.. amazing how they returned their call but not mine.. they have my number and still no call. And am still waiting.
So warranty company had made a appt for them to come out. No call prior and no show. Informed warranty folks.
Professional folks call day prior and call when they are on their way they also show up for the appt. They have done none of these. I won't be doing business with them and hope the warranty company

Our refrigerator had quit cooling. We realized nothing was cool this past Sunday after dinner. Purchasing another refrigerator was not in our plans!
We had seen Doug’s truck in town ( Dillon) and jotted his number for future reference. So glad we did! We called and left him a voice message. He replied Monday AM. A plus!
Doug came today , (Tuesday) and got it going! Another plus!
Doug told us that his work was guaranteed for 30 days. And another plus!
We are so very impressed with Doug’s punctuality, professionalism, responsiveness to our call for help.

This was the service provider chosen by Maytag when I called with a problem. Their "appointments" are scheduled in 4 hour increments, So I'd been sitting here waiting 2 hours already (8-10). I decided to call to confirm they're coming because I'd read some reviews stating they have a habit of not coming or even calling. So I call and before he even knows my name, he says he's behind and won't make it until Monday or Tuesday... Gee, thanks for letting me know after I'd already been waiting for 2 hours... I would almost guarantee that they would have never called. They just wouldn't have shown up
