I am so grateful for Hometown Appliance Repair. They give promt, kind and friendly service. I needed to get my washing machine fixed and I called the office on a Wednesday and the next morning Steve was there. He worked in a timely and professional manner. He was also helpful and knowledgeable about any related questions I had with my appliances. The office staff are outstanding. Donna and her daughter was knowledgeable, courteous and just a pleasure to talk too. I was truly impressed! I could not have asked for it to be any better. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this company. My dryer had went out and within 20 minutes of arrival I had a dryer again. Steve was very nice and very professional. If you need something fixed they should be the first people you call.

Had a issue with my dryer, I called and spoke to Donna and she was so helpful. Once I set the schedule,the technician was right on time between 8-12 as told and did the repair quick and right the first time. Thanks will definitely use again if needed.

It's rare these days to find a company that is both knowledgeable and courteous! Hometown Appliance diagnosis the problem and fixes your appliance fast. I have had them fix my dryer, my in-law's washer, and my uncle's washer. Everytime you understand what was wrong, what was done, and it stays fixed. Highly recommended!
