Willamette Manor is a stand-alone nonprofit assisted living facility in Lebanon, Oregon, that has been serving area residents for over 90 years. Our mission is to provide quality services with Christian values to seniors and disabled persons in our community. At Willamette Manor we take living personally.
Spend time with friends old and new. Remain close to your family and friends by entertaining them in the privacy of your own apartment or join in with new friends, enjoying meals and activities together in a community area. Arts and crafts, musical guests and special trips offer the opportunity to participate in fascinating activities and to make new friends.
We are focused on making you feel at home. A licensed nurse and well trained staff are available to provide you with an extra level of care and promote your well being through health and wellness programs. We take the stress out of health care, by making your doctors appointments and arranging transportation for you.

Monetary and in-kind donations make significant impact for our residents. When someone makes a donation of $250 or more, we will place a block with your name on our donor recognition wall. These blocks represent our sincere thanks for the generous contribution. Your contributions are tax deductible.

I love how the staff treats the residents. This is a very loving and caring family atmosphere! They seem to keep staff long term and you can see how much they love their residents and care for them respectfully and compassionately! It is where I woukd like to go live when it’s my turn to be cared for! A+ rating!

What a beautiful community! The staff and volunteers really make this place what it is! The vibe in this place is outstanding. They have been offering Medicaid and Private Pay housing for over 80 years, they must be doing something right. Really worth the stop to check out this place. If they can't meet your needs, they will steer you in the right direction. CHECK IT OUT!

If you are looking for placement for yourself or for a family member there is absolutely no place better than Willamette Manor Assisted Living. The staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable from the Executive Director to the Dietary Staff and Caregivers. The Life Enrichment program will keep you active and engaged and they are always dreaming up new, fun activities that will meet the needs of the residents both physically with wellness programs and socially with trips to museums and out to lunch. And the food...the food prepared by the Dietary Department s EXCELLENT! Willamette Manor provides
