Today, our trusted community continues to offer seniors an excellent team of caring staff and a beautiful setting to call home. Our tasteful facility offers both residential care and memory care.

The Conifer House community offers Assisted Living apartments in Corvallis, Oregon- home of the Oregon State Beavers. Apartments are available as studios or one bedroom units. Those who need assistance with their activities of daily living consider this service the perfect choice. Whether help is needed bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, support with mobility, taking medications, or something else, we can provide those means here!
Conifer House is a homelike facility that provides memory care for those with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. As you know, memory care goes beyond meal prep and medication management. We know that everyday interactions are what make a difference in the lives of those with memory loss. Our cozy, small community offers individuals an opportunity to connect with peers, as well as health care professionals, with ease.
Conifer House offers many different social and leisure activities through the life enrichment program to help residents continue to be active, social, and involved in the Corvallis community. We strive to have activities that meet a variety of needs and enrich the whole person, including social, physical, spiritual, nutritional, and intellectual.
Conifer House offers scheduled transportation services and provide opportunities for a variety of outings for our residents. We love our group-friendly bus! Although we offer many life enrichment activities within the walls of our Conifer House Community, we also encourage residents to hop aboard The Adventure Mobile!

Conifer House Memory Unit, my mother's home since Sept 2021, is much different than what I expected when deciding to move her from independent living into a more secure situation. A bit skeptical at first, I've since found that Conifer House is a real home, where the employees really do care about Mom's well-being. They engage her in activities as well as looking after her. Oh, and the food is great! They treat her so well, that I often think to myself, "If I ever suffer from severe cognitive decline, I want to live at Conifer House!" Mom is happy living there. A truly amazing place.

The staff at Conifer House are caring, attentive individuals who go above and beyond in every area of care. Everyone works together to create an environment that is welcoming, bright, and genuine. It is wonderful to visit loved ones because staff know residents so well (they even know the family by name!). The activities are so much fun and encourage connection with one another. I am so thankful to have Conifer House as a part of my community!

This facility is so quaint!! It is tucked between farmland and the center of Corvallis. I loved the fireside room, equipped with a piano and comfortable seating, as well as the friendly staff. My visit to Conifer House made me feel assured that their residents are receiving high quality, wholistic care.

Since starting at Conifer house I have seen stellar care for our seniors, excellent teamwork, and improvement in quality of life for the residents. The halls are full of appreciation, compliments, and adoration. The community team has put the word CARE back in CAREgiving. Highly recommend if you are looking for a home for your loved one.
