Not that great been with them over 10 yrs and we haven’t got no discount so we move on

I would rate it a negative star if given the option. My parents and entire family with multiple households have been loyal customers of theirs for over a decade or more. I was taken back by the level of unprofessionalism by their agent Peter Kong. Who, when asked to address a simple task of reassessing my rates after notifying him of a location change did not see through that it got done properly. After several unsuccessful attempts by everyone in his office, I requested to speak to him the only response I would get is he is in a meeting or he is out of the office. I decided to come in to see him

My boyfriend and I bundled our insurance together today, both car and renters and Francisco could not have been more informative. He made everything extremely easy to understand. The process although, complex, because my boyfriends car was stolen recently and in the middle of a claim and whatnot, was super fast and efficient! He even stayed after closing hours.
