If you live in the local Long Beach area, April Showers State Farm is your one stop shop for insurance needs! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Made my mother feel discriminated against over the phone when she obviously became annoyed and upset that my mother needed a Spanish speaker. We were trying to add on another new vehicle on May 24th to our existing policy. We have home, life and about 4 vehicles insured with State Farm. That obviously did not matter to her. I had to get on the phone for my mother and I asked the Lord to grant me patience and strength to deal with her. She was even embarrassingly rude over the phone to the sales agent that helped us at the dealership we were buying a car from.
