Prior to calling Perdue my warranty company sent another company. The other company tried to bill me for 20lbs of 410a, when my system only held 10lb. The other company also didn't even find half the issue. I then called Perdue on my own after reading the reviews, plus I like to support veteran owned businesses. I spoke with Bob and his son Eric came out same day. They were able to save the 410a when changing out the TXV instead of charging extra to replace it. It's hard to find a company you can trust sometimes but I definitely struck gold on these guys. Thanks for the awesome work Eric and thank

I had Perdue install a new unit in my home about a year and a half ago, earlier this week it stopped working so I called them out to try to fix the issue. They were able to come out the next day to do all of the repairs. Even though I was outside of the labor warranty they didn’t end up charging me for the repairs. Great to see a company do right by their customers. Perdue will always have my business when it comes to HVAC issues.

I highly recommend Perdue Heating and Air! I was contacted within 5 minutes of making an online request. Bob responded to my home that evening to evaluate the needs of our home and emailed a proposal for replacing 2 HVAC units. I was able to schedule the appointment to replace the units for a date convenient to me. The 2 Technicians responded to my home and were ON TIME! The efficiently replaced both units and cleaned up behind themselves! They did not disappoint! Thanks Perdue!

I converted from oil heat to a heat pump. I was very impressed with the quick response. Everything was completed in about 4 hours. Top of the line equipment was installed at a reasonable price and the quality of work is outstanding. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up everything prior to departing. They hauled away all old equipment. I would highly recommend Perdue for your heating and air needs.

Contacted Perdue Heating because my heating unit in my home stopped working. Spoke to a gentleman named Bob. He told me that he could get to my home in 45 minutes. I believe Bob arrived to my home sooner than 45 minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and the quick arrival to my home was a huge plus! Mr. Bob got my heat running within minutes. It's not too often that you can get great customer service these days but that is not the case with this company. Whenever I receive great service, it's a must that I spread the word.
