Tony's service is exceptional. He found time, despite my late request, to schedule a visit to my unit in less than 48 hours after my message - I asked for his help Saturday, he came on Monday.
He arrived on time, was communicative and forthcoming about his arrival, and very personable and kind. He changed the wiring of our AC unit, removed the old thermostat and installed my Nest thermostat in under 20 minutes and with minimal noise. His pricing was reasonable and exactly what he said he would charge us.
