Tim was very thorough and detailed in his inspection. His report not only describes what was wrong with the rental property I am the property manager for but he also included pictures and videos further pointing out what exactly the issue is. After his in home inspections of the property was over he was kind enough to do a walk though and explained the problem he found that were the biggest concerns and even recommended local reliable contractors that could to the repairs for me. I have used Tim twice now and he is fantastic. He is truly an expert in his field and his rate is also very competitive. He charged $125 less than previous inspectors my family has used and his report was just as detailed and thorough. He also had it ready the same day which was nice that my husband and I got to attend the inspection in the morning and read the findings later that evening. He was very polite in answering all our questions. He has a lot of experience in all aspects and he even discovered termites in one spot that the termite inspector missed! He said they don’t always check there
