Marty is Awesome!!! Getting the inspection set up was super simple and the inspection itself was a breeze! He goes over bit by bit and answers any questions you have about the process. I got a couple of quotes from different companies and immediately felt comfortable with Marty. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything and his price was fair. He is personable, punctual, pleasant to work with, and very thorough with his work. My inspection was at 10am and the report was back by 8pm that same day. His report was very detailed, thorough, and easy to understand. I had a couple of follow up questions and he picked up the phone right away and gave detailed info and made sure I understood.
