With these varied in-house capabilities, we are able to provide our customers with a full-service option; taking their parts from conception, through prototype, manufacturing, and assembly.

Using the experience gained in Lean Manufacturing and Process Engineering by founder Joe Giffune, the company strives to maintain a world-class approach to production machining. As the industry has evolved, MDC has adapted to the times: changing markets as opportunities arose. We have consistently provided our customers with quality, high-value, precision machined parts.
We are capable of turning parts between centers of up to 17", with an 8" maximum outside diameter and can machine parts up to 25" x 16" x 24" in our machining centers. We have extensive experience in machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steels, alloy steels, tool steels, a variety of plastics, copper, brass and bronze.
