Nice and informative people but failed to correctly diagnose my fuel/air picture issue--patching a hose did not fix it. Also never called to tell me what they found or ask whether to fix, how much it would cost, how long it would take, or when it was ready. Could not reach anyone on phone--just went there a few days later and it was sitting there will bill on drivers seat.

I highly recommend Munson's Tire. My husband and I have purchased two sets of tires, had brakes replaced, a wheel bearing replaced as well as routine NY state inspections. They are honest, personable, always willing to give you a lift back to work. This past winter was my first in Ithaca and I was rather nervous about driving in the snow. Mitch went above and beyond, showing me the tires he was putting on my car. He gave me tons of reassurance without making me feel "like a girl at a car shop". Great experience!!
