They were contracted w U-Haul to change a blown tire. U-Haul told us they would be there in 90 minutes... Time came and went. We called the dispatcher and asked how far away the truck was. He told us a town name. We explained that we weren't from the area and that didn't answer the question and they cancelled the worker and left is stranded. Dispatcher was a real gem. Good luck if you need help from them.

Car was towed to their shop while I was in Hospital. It was towed approximately 2 miles. All together $212.00 dollars. That's highway Robery right there. The towing was 115 bucks then all these charges. 40 dollar admin charge which is them swiping my card cause that's all they did. 30 vehicle charge for using their land for 12 hours, on top of more BS charges. This is ridiculous. And when I went to get my vehicle they were rude and unprofessional to the customer which was me. Only thing I give to them is that they didn't steal anything out of my car. Kudos

Terrible, this person working there yelled at me because I was speaking too fast and I was emotional, I had requested my truck to be towed to my house, but the employee I was speaking to on the phone was yelling at me and raised his voice, then proceeded to hang up. One star, I would not have ever used this towing service in the first place, but it was all the police officer could offer.

On September 3rd, my husband and I were involved in a 3 car collision, resulting in our car being totaled. We were obviously shaken and confused not injured enough to need a trip to hospital. DJ, the owner was at the scene and took care of us as soon as the EMTs were done checking us out. The man who answers the phone is so unprofessional and nasty. Started yelling at my grandmother and I just for trying to get some information about the vehicle that’s in their possession. I read some other reviews and they are pretty similar. Seems multiple people have had problems with a man who’s so unpleasant. If you hate your life in customer service so bad that you feel the need to be so arrogant, then get a new job or therapy because it’s not normal to be this miserable to others at your job FOR NO REASON. Save your money and don’t give this place any business because it’s not appreciated

My husband was stuck and couldn't get his truck to start so we called several towing companies and talon was able to dispatch someone within 15 min. At the last second my husband got it started and was able to drive home. I called talon back and they were very understanding and canceled the truck. But I will use them in the future.

Driving down 41 and one of the tow truck drivers (diamond plate with wench on the back) cut us off intentionally in traffic just after we left a light. After blowing our horn at them because of the close call the driver began giving us his right turn signal and swirving to tell us we need to move out of his way. We had just left the light with trailer in tow. This was terribly unprofessional. As we continued down the road we were going 5 over the posted speed limit and the tow truck diver continued to pull away with a fast pace.
