P & J Tires & Towing

We had outstanding excellent service today with P& J towing company. Our rental car died so we needed towing to the airport to get a replacement. The car rental company provided terrible service. Mr. Reyes, our tow truck driver, went the extra step to drive us to the airport. He saved us at least 90 minutes or more of waiting due to poor service from car rental company. He is so kind, polite..a true gentleman!
Highly recommend P&J towing! Even the people at the car rental company at airport said P&J towing is the best!

After an unfortunate series of events, my car was impounded for over 2 months. P & J Towing has worked with me a lot and has been actually very gracious, allowing me to get property from the car and allowing me time to get the car back. I'm incredibly happy with their understanding.

I called P&J towing to help me with a flat tire. They were there immediately. I've used them in the past and they were always there for me. They took off the tire made sure the spare was okay. I was a little leery driving on the spare so he followed me to a gas station to make sure we could put air in it so I could get to 301 tire company safely. Exceptional service !!!! I wouldn't use anyone else but P&J towing. Thank you for being there for me again!!!

What a joke. They claim to be 24 hours but will not come out after 11 at all. They are rude af and not professional at all. I am not the only one either that has had issues with this shady place. They have several claims with BBB Including the complaint i have filed. If you don't want issues and to be treated like a piece of dirt go elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy!

P&J is the best in the area. Tried many tow services in Sarasota/Bradenton, and they have been the most professional and highest quality. Towing is done in a very time-efficient manner, and they know what they're doing!

I needed my truck towed to a local shop and called P&J Towing. The driver called and let me know he was on the way. When the driver arrived he was very professional and knew his job. Their trucks inside and outside of the cab are very clean. The driver was very cautious when putting my truck on the flat bed and all the way to the mechanics shop. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a tow.

These guys were very helpful to me in retrieving my belongings from my car after it had been in a wreck. KUDOS. 😎

Called for a tow. Went through a credit card company that would pay $50 towards my tow. They explained over the phone that there was a $20 overage for miles and $90 for recovery too far from the road. That equals $110 + tax.
They charged me $165 instead and pocketed the $50 for themselves.
Do yourselves a favor and NEVER USE THEM!! They scam you out of your money!!

Pretty sad! I called for this company to pull out my guys truck that got stuck in a ditch and without even looking into it he said he couldn’t do it because his trucks would get stuck too???? WTH so I called Scott’s towing and he pulled them out without a problem!

P&J Tire and Towing was assigned to us through our roadside assistance.
They arrived within an hour of us calling.
About 15 minutes ahead of schedule! Franco was professional and efficient.

I'm leaving this review in regards to one of P&J's drivers named Phil. I used P&J Towing this past Monday and had an awful experience. I got a flat tire on the highway, about 2 hours from my house, and I didn't have a spare. I called my insurance and they referred me to P&J Towing. I spoke to a driver named Phil on the phone and he was beyond rude. He said that he could tow my car to a local mechanic but refused to also give me a ride because of coronavirus. I understand that it's important to be cautious and practice social distancing but he literally wanted to

Oscar with P&J towing was the BEST!!! He was extremely accommodating and friendly. His professionalism was flawless and the conversation we had on the way to Just Bimmers in Gulfport, FL was out of this world! We would recommend P&J towing to anyone in need of a quality tow service. He even went out of his way to get us home once the job was complete. You are in good hands with Oscar! 5 stars across the board!!

My classic car broke down in busy University Parkway. I contacted my insurance carrier and they dispatched P&J. James shows up and takes all measures to ensure a safe load, transport and delivery of my car back to the house. Can't thank these guys enough, job well done....

Don't bother for towing purposes...they make you wait for hours beyond the allotted one hour arrival time, claim the driver will contact you via text or call when they are on the way, don't text or call except for dispatch to tell you you have to wait another hour, then arrive five minutes before the SECOND allotted arrival time and leave BEFORE the second allotted arrival time as you are getting back to your vehicle (also BEFORE the second allotted arrival time) bc god forbid you had to pee. Is there a 0 star review I could give???

AAA uses P and J tires and towing. On 1/25/2017 a guy from this place towed my car to the wrong auto place. I didn't know where it went. Would on recommend this place.

I only call these guys for my vehicles. They are quick and experienced. Pablo has always gone out his way for me and I will always appreciate that.

I called AAA last night and they sent these guys. They're were quick, the driver was a nice guy, and all went well.

Tim towed my 82 Corvette today 4-13-13 caused significant damage to the front end and when I pointed it out, he said "if that was from me I would man up" man up dude! you did it! I also was told as the "owner" I need to back it off the truck. What? I did it but I have never been asked to do that. He had a helper too. He even relied on me to put it in Neutral before he started to pull it onto the truck. Whatch out people!!
