I recently got out of the Marine Corps and was using USAA while I was active duty. Once I was out, I received a notice that my auto insurance would increase by $1,500 per 6 month premium. Long story short, State Farm explained that they could give me better coverage for less than what I was paying while I was in! Thank you for making my transition into the civilian world less stressful. Semper Fí and thank you!

I don't know why I sat through the telemarketer initial call that led me to talking to Landon. Landon looked at my current insurance profile and got me a better deal. I told him (this will sound corny) I don't know why I agreed to talk to you but God knew I needed help. I still hang up on telemarketers but I'm glad I didn't hang up on the one that led me to Landon. So far, so good.

Melissa has been wonderful to work with in regards to my insurance. She has taken time to update my insurance with my venders. She has jumps through hoops to get information to me about a claim that we did through State Farm. She is very responsive and hard worker to provide proper cert to my venders. A++++ I really appreciate all that she has done for our business.

I was givin a great insurance policy for a really good price , they told me I would only pay “x”amount and it was great for two payments until without notice they raised my bill. Since being with State Farm my bill has went up a total of 120 dollars on top of my original quote,(policy changed 3 times) zero notice once so ever.Zero communication on their end and I’m stuck with a rate that I never approved of. Very bad customer service, they couldn’t get us documents that needed to be signed until months down the line and threatened to raise our policy after we called trying to receive the

I been bombarded by different entities regarding billing and state farm was one of them however, They took care of my needs and resolve issues well I suppose I caused it because of my ignorance. I expressed my concerns and they were all over it. I mean they took the edge off having to call. They understood, they worked with me they made it happen without any judging or making me go thru any unwanted situations. there knowledgeable and if you just talk to them like human beings, they have to work for a living too. They will bend over backwards for you and mitigate they conflict, no kidding. I wish

This was my first experience getting renters insurance for an apartment that I was moving into on very short notice. This team made it so easy and efficient to get me setup but also made sure that I understood everything I was signing up for. Moving cross country is stressful as is on a two weeks notice and they made it all that much easier! Very grateful for the quick and speedy service as well their wonderful attitudes! She has been calling me for 2 years to see if I was still happy
with AAA insurance. She has been patient and answered all my
questions in a happy way. She was not a pushy sales person.
So, when she called me yesterday, we talked and I changed to
State Farm. I see it will save me money and they have reached
out to make me feel valued. Also, i will have the same coverage.
If I get this kind of service in the future, they will have me as
a loyal customer for a long time.
