Eric Johnson - very unprofessional, waste of money, doesn’t care about you as a client. Just terrible. I hired him from Jan to Aug 2020, so he can’t say I wasn’t his client. Stay away from this place. he doesn’t care about you, charges you an arm and leg for terrible representation, does what he wants before asking you, doesn’t listen to you, he dropped me 3 weeks before trial because I was short $500 of his retainer for trial, I had it before hand but had a family emergency came up, I’m active duty and I’m on salary, don’t get extra money working extra hours or what have you, he

I am an attorney in another state and was blessed to work with Eric and his team on a shared matter. I know the difference between right and wrong, but do not know the specific laws to pursue justice. I went to different attorney's and they pointed me in the wrong direction, causing me financial and emotional distress. Eric was not like the other attorney's he knew exactly how to pursue the case, along the way he had to deal with a difficult opposing counsel and repeated negotiations. The most amazing part of my experience with Utah Family Law is that if the case was idle, they do not charge.

I had to chase my daughter from Texas to Utah after a family abduction. Eric Johnson was able to get emergency orders from Texas entered into Utah District court in one day and I was able to get Utah Law Enforcement to assist in the recovery of my 8 year old daughter just a few minutes before she was transported from the state by strangers to an unknown location it GA. She was in grave danger of being lost for a very long time!
Eric charged me a very fair price. He was caring, knowledgeable and extremely effective!!! I wasted several hundred dollars on consultations with several other attorneys

You can tell what kind of attorney Eric is by the way he responds to the negative reviews. Denying he ever represented you. I'm sure I'll get the same denial post. My personal experience with Eric was that he's not respected by fellow attorneys, commissioners, or judges. You know when there's that one guy in the room that thinks he's smarter than everyone else? That is Eric, with a touch of aspergers to go along with it. He has zero class. He talked down to me, as his client as well as my ex and her attorney. I don't think he wins any cases, but Eric will tell you he wins them all. Don't waste

Eric has the worst reputation out there. When I went through my divorce I hired Eric. Biggest mistake ever. After dragging out a simple divorce and filing thing after thing to run my ex dry, I still lost. I could have walked away with more representing myself. Eric pissed off the commissioner as well as yelled at my ex's attorney. He's very unprofessional. I basically just wasted money on him that could have been spent on my child. He gives "legal" advice that isn't actually legal. This guy has major emotional/intellectual issues. DO NOT USE ERIC TO REPRESENT YOU!

This is how you know Eric is a terrible attorney. I won my case. I feel like I won my case in spite of my attorney, not because of him. He dragged it on for over 2 years, was arrogant, belittling, and cost me thousands. Just 2 months after my case was closed, I had to go back to court and represented myself because he had neglected to file an important form. Your better off doing it yourself than hiring this crook.
