Very Horrible Service! NOT On Time! I Was Told 30 Minutes & I Waited 2 Hours! When I Called Back To See How Long The Tow Truck Was Going To Be The Lady Yelled At Me Calling Me Impatient & She Hung Up In My Face. I Had To Call 7 Times Before She Even Answered The Phone For Me To See How Long The Guy Would Be. Would Not Recommend Calling Them Or Using Their Services! Terrible Business!

Had a flat tire and they came to assist quickly. However, a few days late I was driving to get a new tire put on and I almost got into a car accident because the bolts came loose and the tire almost fell off. When I pulled over to see what was wrong, the bolts were practically falling out. I couldn’t believe I paid that much money to almost get into a car accident. Won’t ever being using this service again.

Manny came out and got my wife’s vehicle out. It was stuck on a large rock/boulder which dented and cut into her scratch plate. He worked quickly and was concerned about getting her car unstuck without causing damage. Since the soil was soft and her car is low there were concerns of the rear tires getting stuck on the same rock as he pulled it forward so he lifted the car, dug out the rock/boulder, then towed her car out. Based of the location it was in and the conditions of the soft soil it’s amazing how quickly he worked and that her car has minimal body damage but is completely functional
