My auto rescuer was great, I Wish I had his name for reference however It was cold as heck outside, and He kept a smile on his face the entire time. I didn't quite understand why he was taking pictures of my entire car however once he explained the policy I totally understood! They rescued me extremely fast, my wait time was short, and they took very good care of my vehicle! Allstate for my next tire change send this company my way!!! I give them 6stars!

I would give them no stars if I could!!No one comes to the window to help you they just ignore you when you walk in..just completely unprofessional and do not know what they are doing when it comes to iid's.. Mine was installed incorrectly and they tried to say it wasn't. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Adrian (driver), is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Roadside assistance dispatched this company to me. First issue, they go to the wrong address and then call to ask where the car is. Second issue, two employees show up both unmasked during a pandemic in which there’s a mandatory state order to wear a mask in order to operate or patronize any business! Third issue, I requested a flatbed, they showed up & opted to use the wheel lift portion of the flatbed. Fourth issue, tow truck did NOT drop the vehicle off at the address requested instead he opted to go down the street & leave the
