Mike and his team are extremely responsive & professional. I had a problem recently with a new router and I received incorrect information from the manufacturer's technical support and I was effectively out of business with no internet access. Mike arrived to fix the problem in a very short period of time and resolved the issue very quickly. Great result & an elated customer!
