Thomas Bailey did a phenomenal job representing me and getting me everything I asked for in juvenile/family court. Despite all the setback with Covid 19, Thomas was prompt and fast at communicating and getting me a court date. When it came the day of court he was extremely efficient in his questions to me and the other party in a way that in a way that benefited me and the outcome. He was very knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. I would most definitely recommend Thomas to anyone and everyone.

Extremely rude and unprofessional!Mr. Thomas Baily denied helping me in a defense case after I had done everything he asked to continue with the case. He belittled me on my lack of knowledge and my age.He told me I should talk to my parents for help, both my parents are dead! I could not be more appalled. All I was looking for was a step in the right direction, as I know little to nothing about legal actions, and without parents how am I to know any different without being taught. He couldn't even give me a recommendation for someone who might be able to help.

I was referred to Thomas Bailey and Associates as I needed advisement in the state of TN. Thomas Bailey didn’t not seem urgent in returning my phone calls and exemplified a nonchalant persona in regards in my case. He did not listen to my story of the case because he kept rudely interrupting. After only a few minutes of asking me the exact same question, he hung up in my face! As a person merely trying to seek advisement, the least he could have done was allow me to present my case in its entirety. Thomas Bailey is extremely rude and is it not in the interest of building clientele. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have had no other representation like his previously. For the best results, you must have the best defense attorney. Mr. Bailey is the best. He provided a successful outcome with all criminal charges resulting in dismissal.
