I have only recently in the last few years become disabled, and at a very young age as well. Ponce was recommended to me by an old coworker and I couldn't be any more grateful or thankful. The disability process was so much easier, was much less intimidating, and was handled so well by Ponce and especially my attorney Agnese. The people who handled my disability case, Christopher Rutledge and Agnese Henderson did an amazing job. They seemed to honestly care not only about getting my disability, but also my well being. Having worked in Law Enforcement for 34 years, I have dealt with my share of attorneys. I can't speak highly enough for Ponce Law. My case involved hearing loss from long term noise exposure. My job was a state job and required being in a boat for five days a week for many years. There were monetary and medical awards involved with the case. I am very satisfied with the representation I received.

It was 4 1/2 years and our case wasn't settled. Even though I continued to receive treatment which will probably be for life. I had a TBI, 2 types of migraines developed from an accident. i received what my medical bills were and you suppose to receive 3 to 5 times your medical expenses.
They were waiting for my improvement but it ends up being a lifetime event Meaning I'd never get settled. Very disappointing. They take as many cases as possible, don't do much then they wait and hope the other insurance pays a good settlement and takes their fees. We finally said to settled

I was treated like family rather than a number with Pounce Law. I was defied but Christopher and Annaessa helped win my appeal for disability after a Traumatic brain injury due to a roll over car accident … that I caused when I fell asleep under the wheel after being extremely exhausted from working 3 double shifts back to back at work. This man is an absolute beast in mediation. He did not do as I've seen other lawyers do in the opposing counsel would come back with a number, instead of pulling a number out of his head, he very carefully worked on his calculator and figured percentages.

I called the representatives at Ponce Law after my accident and WOW what a great organization! They went out of their way to make sure that I understood the process and everything involved. I never had to call them to see what the status was of my case and they stayed in touch constantly. They also, always, asked if I had any questions or concerns. I have already recommended them to some other people.
