Our preferred vendors have earned and retained our business due to their consistency, knowledge of our facilities and process, and high quality. We have negotiated very favorable terms and pricing resulting in excellent value for our packaged offerings. Our caterers have been nominated best in Orlando for the last five years.
All decorations require the venues approval. Candles may be used if they are enclosed in votive holders or hurricane lamps with a wick that is a minimum of two inches below the top of the glass. Only real flowers petals are allowed for indoor or outdoor ceremonies. Will you be coordinating the day or do we need to have someone assigned to make sure people are in the right place at the right time?
Our facilities are ideal for corporate events, business meetings, company luncheons, or just a way to treat your staff and co-workers. We are conveniently located in beautiful Apopka, Florida, just north of Orlando. Our activities this year will include, but not limited to, two hay rides, corn maze, toddler maze, pumpkin patch, Country Store, play structures, high strikers, football area, basketball area, The Cow Wash, and much more! I'm not sure why people rave about this fall
Festival? There is little to nothing to do. We came on a Friday which was also a mistake I guess. It is cheaper on Friday but they don't tell you that's because most of the things are closed. I also would not recommend taking children over the age of them outside because there's nothing to do

I was in a wedding last weekend for one of my close friends and was highly impressed with this venue. Not only is the property huge, it is gorgeous and so well taken care of. While we were there early Friday morning, several workers were out and about working on the property to maintain its beauty. There were also so many workers setting up for a wedding that evening. We were back for the wedding Saturday and again everything was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony location is outdoors with big oak trees overhead that provided lots of shade for the ceremony and we were blessed with 80 degree breezy

This is our fourth year coming here for the Fall Festival and this time, we brought the in-laws with us. We arrived an hour or so before closing time today (Thursday), and we were just about the only people on property besides the staff. It was awesome being able to enjoy the location without the usual weekend crowds and Covid precautions.
There was a hand washing station with soap and water, multiple hand sanitizers and signs reminding people to maintain social distancing and to wear masks.
There was a section for toddlers with a tiny bounce house, hay maze, and sand pile with trucks to play

Working with Club Lake Plantation was magical. I booked my wedding at this venue with Natalie a year out from my wedding. Natalie with Club Lake made the whole process simple and organized. The venue was beautiful and all the vendors Club Lake works with were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better venue for my wedding. I had many guests tell me that Club Lake was the most beautiful wedding venue they've ever seen.

My family and I went to the fall festival on 10/6/19 with another couple and their kids. While we had a nice time and the kids had fun, I still feel it was quite pricey for what you get. Also, at the beginning, when I was paying to get in, the ladies were having trouble with their charging stations and they had me swipe my card several times on two different machines. It took quite a few times but it finally worked. Note: I only signed once. The next day I noticed that they had charged me twice (two different transactions of almost $80 dollars each). Absolutely beautiful wedding venue! The grounds are very well maintained. The wedding coordinator was very organized and helpful. The only downside is their very strict rules regarding alcohol ... no shots allowed (per contract) and 2 drink maximum at the bar which made it tedious when getting drinks for the wedding party.

I had never even heard of this venue until I booked a wedding to photograph there. Looking at their website, I got really excited for all the beautiful things to find there. When I arrived I was even more thrilled by all the beautiful scenery and lush forrest. Even though it rained most of the day, I was still able to get some beautiful images. The garage/reception area was very beautifully decorated and AIR CONDITIONED which is a life saver in Florida. I know a lot of people who have gorgeous barn or tent weddings, but with no AC/fans and it can get super hot. I cannot wait to work here again

I was struggling to find outdoor space for ceremony and indoor space for reception. I googled "Beautiful outdoor wedding locations in Orlando" and Club Lake was on the top 10 list. I called there, and they not just answer the phone but invited me to stop by in the next hour. Natalie had 30 minute window when she took her time to show me around and go over packages. The minute i walked into the venue I was amazed by the nature, beauty of the layout and welcoming atmosphere from all stuff. I knew i found the perfect hidden

My family absolutely loves Fall & Halloween, so we have been trying to check out as many Fall Festivals as we could. We gave this place a try this past Saturday. It was an okay place, but honestly, incredibly overpriced for what you get. The "corn maze" takes about 5 minutes to get through and the Hay Ride was about 10 minutes long, and was honestly kind of boring.
The horse rides / petting zoo were incredibly disappointing. One of the employees physically assaulted our daughter because they didn't want her to wash her hands, despite her having allergies.
