We are humbled that you would consider the Hidden Barn as the Venue for the most important day of your life. We are a family run business that seeks to give our clients everything we would want if looking to book a wedding venue for our own daughter or son.
Our Wedding packages offer two options: The "DIY" package gives you the opportunity plan all your details and contract with your own insured vendors while the "ALL-INCLUSIVE" package will include 95% of everything you would need for your special day.With either package you will have full access to the property including areas listed below for your Wedding Day.

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $850 is required. 120 days from the event 50% of the balance will be due and the final balance paid 30 days prior to the event. If you chose our Do It Yourself package, you may select your own vendors. The catering company must be insured otherwise you have the option to hire our in-house chef to make sure your food is being handled properly.

My new husband and myself are extremely pleased with our choosing of the hidden barn venue! We went for the inclusive package and I'm personally fortunate we did. With our work, we are very busy, but this… package made life simple. Contacting vendors was very easy (and FUN), there was easy communication between all of them as they know the property and other vendors very well. I didn't have to over explain my vision, contact them about itineraries, etc. They were ready to take care of every detail (certainly took the stress away). We had Shelby as our day of coordinator. She was amazing

I used Hidden Barn for my wedding venue this past weekend and it was more than I could have dreamed! Bruce and the entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing which made my night just that much more enjoyable! Everyone just raved about how cool, beautiful and laid back this place is. This is your ONE location for a perfect event! We had our wedding and reception at the Hidden Barn and felt spoiled from beginning to end. The staff are friendly and professional, gorgeous photo spots are around every corner, and the options for everything from flowers to catering made everything easy for us. Our only wish is that we could do it all again!

Was invited to my nieces wedding on Nov 12th 2021. The country vibe was beautiful. Every where you looked there was a special touch. What motivates me to post this review is the spectacular team that managed the whole occasion. They were all pleasantly inviting - professionally guiding all guests and wedding participants with respect & humor and just made the whole experience a wonderful memory for all. Food was very good. My husband is a cook and he agreed the dinner was yummy.

By far the one of the best places to hold a corporate event, wedding, birthday, reception...or whatever. Several buildings on the property which include a chapel and a saloon. There is a pool and an area for a band to play outdoors. Several fire pits and seating areas around the property. The bench swings under the veranda allows for great views of the sunset and/or star gazing. The venue is tucked away in Apopka hence the name. Beautiful place with alot of space you might even catch a peak of TX long horns roaming the adjacent lot.

We got married at the Hidden Barn venue on 10/2/21 and we’re so happy with this venue! Everything was smooth sailing from the beginning, all-inclusive is definitely the way to go. All of the vendors we chose were fantastic and everything came together beautifully on the day of. Everyone was super accommodating, our coordinator Selena was on top of everything and made sure our vision came through perfectly. We would choose this venue all over again.

Everything, from start to finish, was perfect. Every request was granted and my calls, emails and texts were answered very quickly. We had very specific requests regarding the ceremony area and our vision came to fruition without issue. The venue manager, venue assigned wedding planners and venue staff were all phenomenal. All of our guests were quite impressed with the venue and raved the entire venue and the service. The bride/groom room is amazing and surpassed our needs and expectations. I saw 45 venues and THIS was the venue we chose.

BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL VENUE! My husband and I got married at the Hidden Barn Venue 2 weeks ago and it was everything we imagined and more! The staff was impeccable especially our coordinator Michelle! Our guests constantly complimented the beauty and space of the venue. It was the first and only venue we toured and we still don’t regret booking them for our venue. They are very flexible as well and will do anything to help make your special day magical. My husband and I highly recommend booking them for your wedding!

My husband and I paid for the all-inclusive package at the Hidden Barn Venue, and wow, worth every penny! Thanks to Bruce, Kayla and the rest of the team, our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined. We left the decorating up to Kayla, and she surpassed our expectations – transforming our random Amazon décor into a magical and memorable reception. We could really lean on the staff when the stress of wedding planning was overwhelming. Where do I even begin?! Everything about this venue is absolutely amazing! I have been to lots of weddings and this is by far the most beautiful property I've been to! Everyone that came to our wedding couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was! So happy we chose to celebrate our big day here! From start to finish, Bruce and the entire Hidden Barn team went above and beyond for us! We had a positive case of covid-19 the day before our wedding and had to post-pone, and they made it so easy for us! Rescheduling was a breeze! We are beyond happy that we booked with Hidden Barn. The property is beautiful and the staff was awesome! They have a DIY package but we went with the all-inclusive package which was very well priced. The bartender forgot to bring the oranges which I need for my favorite drink and, unbeknownst to me, Bruce went all the way to the store to get some for me. Just one example of how they go above and beyond to make your day perfect. They were easy to work with and always available if we had any questions or needed anything. Bruce is the most amazing manager. He was extremely kind and helpful from a year ago when I picked the venue until after the wedding was over. He was always willing to answer questions I had- and I had lots! Michelle was the planner and she went above and beyond. The venue is breathtaking with tons of gems all over for people to explore including a saloon and swings and a Texaco area for pictures to be taken. I had a fall themed wedding. Michelle created the world's best candy bar with all of our favorite candy and several being fall colors. We had pumpkins and leaves throughout the reception
