ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Dr. Phil A. Lozano has been in practice since 2008. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State University Fullerton. His undergraduate focus was in Older Adult Fitness. He then attended Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.

I have been remiss in not raving about Dr. Phil sooner. I started treatment with Dr. Phil in the last few months and he is fantastic. He pays attention to what activities you are you are doing, what you want to keep doing, and really tailors his treatment so that you will actually feel better and continue your lifestyle in the best way possible. He gives really great after treatment instructions and checks in to make sure you are doing OK. He rocks. Don't think twice about supporting his practice, he is top notch. Doctor Lozano is a terrific doctor and person. He has help me significantly lessen my lower back pain in 2 visits. He clearly explains what he is doing and why It will help. Dr Lozano has been terrific whenever I visit and creates a friendly atmosphere. While doing great work. He is a great chiropractor and I recommend all my friends to go to him.

I found doctor Phil searching on Google for close by chiropractors.
So I called and I made an appointment online I chose the $85 session. The session was on October 21st 2020 At 1:40 p.m.
And the reason I was looking for Chiropractor is that I Woke up in the morning with a pain in my neck area and back of my shoulder blade And during the day it big to progresse to my triceps arms and a had tingly numb fingers.
So when I Went to my appointment I I told him about my symptoms and later on I found out that my Symptoms was very common and straightforward results of pinch nerves At the Nic and because

I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years and simply put, Dr. Phil is awesome! He really takes his time to individualize his treatment and especially understands athletes. He was initially recommended to me by a friend from my running club and was able to fit me in the same day when I came down with terrible back pain. Unlike other chiropractors who spend 10-15 minutes with you and do the same adjustments for everyone, he uses a range of treatment options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Dr Lozano is amazing! He ranks up at the top of health care professionals that have ever treated me. He really listens to what your specific symptoms are and puts a treatment plan together that is completely tailored for your situation. He has a lot of "tools" (treatment methods) in his "toolbox", and chooses the ones that are most likely to help you. And he adjusts the treatment plan as you go, based on how you're doing. In a world where a cookie cutter approach to health care is the norm, it is refreshing to get such customized care.

Dr. Phil Lozano is the single best chiropractor I have ever seen. He treated me during my second pregnancy and has helped me become a stronger athlete through focused treatments and therapies.

I don't even know where to start .... for at least 2 years I suffered from neck, shoulder and back pain. Started having silent migraines and knew I had to do something. I found Dr Phil here on Yelp and made appt. was amazed after the first session of cupping and an adjustment I felt 2 inches taller and had immediate relief. Have been back several times and plan on continuing for maintenance since I have a job that causes my pain and now I don't have to suffer. Norco is very fortunate to have a chiropractor that offers more than just adjustments !!!

After I had a fall and hurt my lower back I called Dr. Lozanos office and he saw me right away. He took his time with me on the initial visit and really catered to my needs. I felt immediate relief after my fist visit and after my third visit I felt like my old self again. He was very kind, caring and helpful. I have recommended him to my son and my friends!

Dr. Phil isn't a Chiropractor, rather he is a Wizard. I am not normally one to write reviews but This was the best experience ever in a Chiropractic office. I was seeking out someone who does Active Release Therapy and his name popped up.
This is my first visit and he spent a lot of time with me getting to know me. He then proceeded to attach some gizmos to relax my muscles

Dr Lozano is a very honest, smart and caring Chiropractor who always goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm feeling good. Dr Lozano has called or text me to see how I was feeling after a visit with him. This is something I haven't experienced with a chiropractor or doctor. I have been to a chiropractor for many years but never have I received the level of treatment that Dr. Phillip offers. His concern and care for his patients is over the top. I have an odd back and he puts so much thought, effort, research and care into my treatment. I greatly appreciate everything he does. I would highly recommend him to everyone!
