All weekend they kept emailing me , texting me , 2-3 times reminding me , don't forget your appointment , I responded yes and did their pain survey yet somehow forgot to show up as I sit outside their office in the rain .....
quite frustrating to show up somewhere and no one is here . Don't see how there's five stars when this occurs

12!8!2021 wow!! My name is Christine Williams I came to this facility on Wednesday, December 8 because of my neck apparently a pinched nerve!! Like anything else I live in corona and we always go to Orange County because we really don't have much out here even though we are growing and growing I must tell you I was absolutely shocked to see this place!! wow I felt like I was back in fashion Island Newport Beach this chiropractor I will call him doctor he was amazing and his staff of course we always wait too long to go in and have adjustment looking for a quick fix and then it doesn't

I suffered with chronic pain for 7+ years (I'm only 29 years old), not knowing what was wrong, and going to chiropractor after chiropractor (since I was a teen). I randomly found this place and thought maybe I'd do better with a "pain management" place and man was I happy that I did! Been coming here for 10 weeks now ongoing treatment with Dr Sandhu. Amazing Doctor! Their treatment method is the only one I've found that corrects the curve issue in your neck with a specialized corrective care method. I've been going to Chiropractor's for 30 plus years, so this says a lot. Follow the plan and they will get you feeling better and save you a lot of pain in the future from degeneration in your back. I was under so much pain and I was so happy to find out they have available early date for check up, but when we got there we were shocked. Because inside the facility, the whole staff including doctors they did not wear masks. I asked them are you guys like super human, because with the COVID-19 virus everyone can get it. They said their doctors did not require them to wear masks in the facility. I refused the whole treatment, walked away and yet I was under so much pain. We have family to take care of, we don't wanna put them in risk.

Dr, Sandoval is old school for his young age. He takes the time to greet and genuinely inquire about each of his patients' needs.

My journey began in May 2019. I came in with a severe worn cartilage in both knees after having oroscopic surgery on both knees and my pain is so severe and a knee replacement surgery was recommended. And I heard about the stem cell injection, and I was confident that the stem cell injection will work for me. Today I can run a mile with out stopping. No more pain on the knees, just taking it easy now and allowing the new cartilage to grow. And now I am a happy pain free man. Full of humor. Not bad for a 69 year old

I had stem cell injections in both my knees. Amazing outcome! My favorite chiropractor here is Dr Sandoval. I have had other minor issues since my knee procedures and Dr Sandoval is alway so thorough and gives a description of what he is going to do and why/how it may have happened. Extremely professional and delightful customer experience. I came to Spectrum carrying over 10 years of lower back pain, joint discomfort, and tingling in my fingertips. Hello. If you are experiencing pain that is screwing with your daily attitude, I would highly recommend Dr. Sandoval. I have always had back issues and suddenly the pain got worse giving me sciatica symptoms. I tried a chiropractor in Temecula and the Dr told me I truly had sciatica without taking X-rays, only to find out he was wrong. 2 massage therapist insisted I also had sciatica. What I love about Spectrum is that they do X-rays off the first visit. After Dr Sandoval took a look at the results, he automatically knew I had other issues not due to sciatica. He laid the whole logics for me down

I can't recommend enough Dr. Gonzales for his expertise, friendliness and overall knowledge about the injury I sustained from being rear ended in a car accident.
