Dr. Walter is a board certified dermatologist and a fellowship trained Mohs surgeon. She has had the opportunity to train with the foremost leaders in dermatology and dermatologic surgery. She has also authored numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and written chapters for dermatology text books.
Dr. Walter is a Board-Certified Dermatologist who has experience treating a broad array of dermatological problems, including acne, rosacea, eczema, growths, psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, skin infections, rashes and other skin diseases. Skin cancer screenings are recommended at least every year depending on your age and risk factors.

Botulinum toxin can be used to treat dynamic wrinkles, or wrinkles caused by muscle movements. Dermatology & Skin Surgery Specialists is a very well-run practice The appointment making, check-in procedure are efficient and personable. I highly recommend Dr Walter for Botox. She knows the perfect locations and amount to inject. She is careful and not aggressive so I look natural and my face moves but I don't have that deep furrow from squinting anymore. I cannot say enough good things about Dermatology and Skin Surgery Specialists. My family and I have been going here for years for treatment of skin conditions, skin cancer screenings, and skin cancer surgery. Dr. Walter is an incredible mohs surgeon who is meticulous and compassionate. The PAs are thorough and kind. The staff is energetic and friendly. I will never go anywhere else.

I am so happy with Dr. Walter; I can not recommend her more highly. I actually live in LA, but my mother lives in AZ, so I travel to see her. She does the best Botox I've ever had. Anywhere, ever. I still, to this day, travel from LA to Scottsdale for her technique. Somehow she is able to preserve my expressivity in eyebrow motion with complete resolution of any lines. Dr Walter’s is the Best Dermatologist I have ever been to! She literally saved my life, she identified a melanoma that was missed by a previous Dermatologist, 3 surgeries later I am healed and cancer free! What’s also extremely important is how Dr Walter’s does a thorough exam, even if her next patient has to wait a little longer! Trust me she is worth the time🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓!!!!

Dr. Anne Walter is a true professional who cares deeply about her patient outcomes and is willing to take on difficult problems. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented at her craft. The office staff is kind and welcoming. I have been a patient in her practice and continue to refer patients to her because they are treated exceptionally well. I don't believe you can find a better doctor for your dermatologic needs in Scottsdale.

Dr. Walter and her staff were amazing! Everything about my visit was pleasant and efficient. The staff greeted me as I walked in and offered me a coffee while I waited, which wasn't long. The office itself was beautiful, modern and very clean! Dr. Walter was very thorough and took time to address all of my concerns. I will be sending my friends and family.
