I have been seeing Oliver on and off for approximately 14 years! I was in a car accident that caused a lot of spine issues and have had other health issues as well, all of this resulting in many surgeries and procedures. I always leave his office feeling better! Oliver is caring, kind, professional, always encouraging and gets results. His postural therapy techniques are different than any other techniques I've experienced, much more effective!
I live 1hr 35min away and it's worth the travel!! If you do your exercises properly at home, you will improve!

I am a life long distance runner and used to run competitively. For the past 3 years I had suffered an injury (around my piriformis and hamstring) that hampered my running. Danielle at Inspire Physical Therapy diagnosed me in about 10 minutes and through weekly exercises we watched the pain lessen and shift within a few weeks. My visits became every other week after a few months and after 5 months the pain was completely gone. I never

I have been suffering with a herniated disc for about a year now. I've tried several different physical therapist, and have had no luck improving. My cousin highly recommended Inspire Physical Therapy so I gave them a try, and I am glad to say I'm finally starting to improve.
I've been working with Danielle since July of 2020 and she has been so helpful through this whole process! She starts out by taking measurements and using those measurements, to come up with a plan for a week of at home exercises. She then sends me pictures of the exercise with a description on how to do them, so when I get

As we were heading to dinner one night my son and husband were walking in front of me. I happened to look down at the ground and noticed something weird. My 8-year-old son’s ankles appeared to be rotating in as he was walking. I have never really watched someone walk so I was unsure if what I was seeing was wrong or just a kid being a kid. So, I took a video and reached out for help. Thankfully Inspire Physical Therapy was the perfect solution.
After a video review – Jess Hall confirmed something wasn’t properly functioning, ensured me that this is hard to spot, and scheduled an appointment
