A visit to the coast is simply not complete without a stop at The Winery at Manzanita. I consider myself to be a bit of a savant when it comes to all things food, wine, and dogs. My first time here, I quickly fell in love with the friendly & knowledgeable staff, coastal ambience, beautifully crafted wines, and of course Pinot the black lab himself!
Wine: The menu features a wide variety of whites & reds, with definitely "something for everyone". My favorites are the Blanc De Noir, Pinot Noir Rosé, Pinot Gris, Syrah, & Merlot. Start with a flight and go from there. The grapes and grown locally

We enjoyed hanging out in the open air, second story deck with a view of the town and a bit of the ocean. There is also covered, open air seating downstairs. They have several good beers on tap. The wine is expensive. The reds are better than the whites but that is just one man's opinion. Staff were friendly. It would be nice if a wood fired pizza truck partnered up with them to complete the experience. Nevertheless, The Winery at Manzanita is definitely worth a visit for a refreshment.

Atrocious customer service. Very shocked by the lack of respect we were treated with by the server (12pm upper deck on 5/8). The hostess who seated us did not tell us to sit only on one side of the table because the other side would be a separate party, she said nothing at all and simply handed us menus. The server who came to the table treated us like absolute garbage because we were not aware of the rules, which were not relayed to us or posted via signage, and continued this rude behavior throughout the stay visible through sub quality care. We honestly should have walked out and I am not sure

It's definitely a cool spot to hang out in Manzanita. Having worked in the industry, it seems like the wines are priced pretty high, but then again I guess you're paying for the ambience. The snack menu was pretty thin, and even though I understand, given the limited options in town, it might be nice to have maybe one or two more things on the "food" menu.

Just amazing! The environment and vibes of this place are amazing. The wine is fantastic. Im no wine connoisseur but I really enjoy the wine here lol the wine is very smooth and taste really good with a great selection and they have beer on tap for those that want both. The music they play goes great with a buzz if you know what I mean. The beach is a 5 min walk away to. Just a really great place!! Highly recommend.

+ Spectacular service. Very helpful, accommodating, welcoming, and professional. Didn’t catch our servers name, but he’s from N. Carolina
+ Beautiful, open, bright space. The amenities and layout is very well thought with the customer in mind. There are lots of power outlets for charging devices and even blankets in case you get chilly.
+ Child friendly! As a new parent, I’m always looking for places I can enjoy a glass of wine or beer with a newborn. This place even has a children’s nook.
+ Dog friendly!! This is obvious but this establishment more than welcomed your furry friends.

Great atmosphere with open space lots of wood leading out to patio with comfy chairs and fire pits. They have blankets available for chillier nights. The service was friendly and very knowledgeable about the different wines and ways to drink them i.e. full glass, tasting flights, samplers. The house Chardonnay was very good. Nice and dry easy to drink. The pricing was very fair for local wine plus great setting. Definitely worth a stop. We are going back today!! Oh if you have a dog perfect spot to bring one! Pinot the black lab is the winery mascot and you may find him hanging on the deck greeting
