Ultra Dental offers a complete range of dental care, including general and preventative care, cosmetic and specialty dental health services. We created this Patient Center in order to prepare you for your first or next visit.
Getting aquainted with the Ultra Dental webiste and submitting an appointment requiest and completing a New Patient Form will help us get to know you before your first visit. A huge THANK YOU to Ultra Dental for taking care of my dental needs! I had a dental issue I had let go because of traveling and personal phobias of dentists. I went to the dentist office and was in so much pain they couldn't even work on my teeth! Dr. Spivak was so kind to give me antibiotics for a couple of days before they could even work on my teeth. A few days later went in and he was able to completely take care of my problem! I am now pain-free! I am so impressed with his basic "bedside manner" and true care and concern. The entire staff every one of them were just as sweet

It was a smooth experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the building is very cleaned and sanitized. The equipment is up to date and the doctors let you know if your insurance(If you have one) will cover what procedure you're there for and how much it will cost before doing it(That way you can deny the service if it you can't afford it).
Overall, it was a great experience. Very prompt and satisfied with my checkup and deep cleaning.

Extremely unsatisfied with this dentist! Dalia Nosrati is suppose to be a children’s dentist and has no idea how to speak with children! Telling my daughter it’s her “punishment” for getting treated. She made many other comments so I had tell her to stop talking to her that way. She does not know to to speak with children. Unprofessional! I will NOT be bring my daughter here again.

Not a good dentist at all looks very unsanitary. Pulled my sister’s tooth out and after doing that realized that she had no tooth to replace it so they told her she now needed an implant or her other teeth would fall out. They then started the procedure to take five teeth out of my mouth I asked if they were going to numb my gums and they said I might not need!!! Then the doctor started to pull my five teeth out and blood was splattering all over my face and they broke and shattered pieces of teeth in my mouth. They then after all that told me I had to go to another dentist to get the pieces

I stumbled upon this office when I had a lapse in dental insurance and couldn't have been more impressed. Dr. Spivak is extremely skilled in his profession and is very gentle, kind, caring and compassionate. I could go on. His staff is very courteous and making an appointment is as easy as Sunday morning. They aren't open on Sunday morning but he is there on Saturdays which is wonderful. Lastly, the office is very clean which is the icing on the cake. Make Ultra Dental your one stop shop for all your dental needs and you won't be disappointed.

This was my far the Best experience I have ever had . Ultra Dental including the doctor and staff were wonderful. I walked in anxious and came out much better . The doctors and staff make you feel comfortable. They were very sweet and professional . I will definitely be referring Ultra Dental to my Family and Friends .

Going to the dentist is not my idea of a fun afternoon, but it was time for my cleaning, so I went to this place recommended by a friend. The staff was very nice and attentive and made me feel very comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Spivak. It turned out I needed a deep cleaning and a filling (I may have missed a cleaning or two before...). I was a little nervous but the doc was very gentle and took his time to make sure I was comfortable. I came back another time to do the filling and was seen by Dr. Yampolski(?). He was also great, very gentle and attentive. Overall a positive experience with this
