Steves Pest control is a business I have used many times in my 30 years in the rental business but after they're last service I will go with a different company. The came out on a Thursday to do a treatment for fleas on a vacant house, the tech sprayed the house down really heavy as there was nobody living there and said not to go back into until after the following Monday, here it is Tuesday and I go in and it is still flea infested, no difference that I can tell, I call and explain this and immediately get the disclaimer of I should have been vacuuming it as these are new fleas, right! So

Bernie from Steves pest control decided to open my gate ignoring the beware of dog sign and walk directly into my fenced in yard. luckily my dog was on the porch upstairs not out in the yard. I don't want my dog put in that situation or the employee.we were very clear that do not come over to or on our property unless you have gotten on the phone confirmation from us that we know when you're coming and have told you that it is OK to come. They said that they did call but obviously they did not talked to anybody this is just stupid and dangerous Absolutely unacceptable.

Definitely the highest prices in the area!!! I called around to 4 companies in the area and they were almost double the price AND if they need to come back, the follow up is NOT included at all!!!!! Way too pricey! Call around for prices before you pick steve's! Other than that, the staff was nice on the phone. They had to call me back for prices.

Exceptional experience from the get go! My call to ask questions and get information was handled by Sam. He was courteous and informative. I greatly appreciated the level of customer service he displayed and how pleasant the conversation was. I was able to schedule my pest control within 2 days of the phone call, what a relief! When John arrived to perform the work, he was kind, thoughtful, and very respectful of our belongings. He quickly performed the work and answered more of my questions. Just another outstanding guy, I couldn't be happier with all of my interactions with this company
