Dickson Veterinary Clinic was established in September of 2016 by Dr. Keith Duke to serve the small animal veterinary care needs of pets in the Dickson, Fairview, Burns, White Bluff, and Charlotte areas of Tennessee.

They were awesome with my Aussie! They took the time to let him get more comfortable with them before they worked with him. They listen to what you say and explain things to you and give you options. My dog was scheduled for surgery this morning and and I am impressed with the integrity of this clinic. The doctor called me and said they did an updated exam and xray and were not going to do surgery on my golden doodle at this time because he did not look like he needed it. There are many veterinarians that would have went ahead and did the surgery anyways. So impressed.

They were amazing with my sweet girl and, before that, with our big dog. My girl didn't even know she was getting shots and wanted to go back in to play! Also, fairly cheap for both dogs (puppy exam and eye issue) made me feel good. Told me exactly how to handle the situation and explained in detail. Even helpful over the phone before they met my girl. 10 out of 10!

I cannot say enough good things about Dickson Vet Clinic and Dr. Duke and his entire staff. In the last few months we have been the last minute appointment requests and the endless text messages with questions.… Every single time our requests are met with compassion, explanation and kindness. When the staff sits on the floor and loves on your dog with you as you make difficult choices….you can’t put a price on that.

This place is amazing! I took my Saint bernewfie there. My big boy is not very well trained with other people, he is a big dog and he likes to jump so much out of excitement and they were very nice about it. I really appreciated there patience and understanding of it. I know he can be a lot but they were all very nice about him. Thank you to all. <3

Dr. Duke and all of the staff we interacted with are great! They actually have cushions in the exam rooms and sat on the floor to examine our golden retriever. We never felt rushed as they took time to clearly communicate the findings and options. After being less than satisfied with two other veterinarians we will happily drive to Dickson to see Dr. Duke.
